Community moderators can appoint themselves and can be approved by peeps to monitor abuse.

Also, peeps can tag websites that they think can help the world, ie where to get tghe new iPhone, where to get cheap car service and anything else. we are just trying to improve the talent shows and put the gifted into the limelight.
